It's A Scam!

Experience has taught me to trust my past experience, since my past experience knows best. But what do you do if you have no past experience relating to a certain subject, individual, or organization? You follow your instinct and use you common sense...and when it's over, voila! Instant experience.

I wrote this because, frankly, I'm frustrated. With a certain organization. You see, I collect coins. Old, new, American, foreign, et cetera. A few months ago I saw an ad in my favorite magazine, Popular Mechanics for a 22o-year-old eight Spanish reale silver dollar, discovered in the remains of a shipwreck! I bought the whole package since it was priced low for such an old coin, and I received the coin in the mail a few weeks later. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and saw the deluxe presentation acrylic case was...cracked. So, I sent the coin back and asked the company, who for now we will refer to as Coin Company X, to exchange it for a new package. I received the new package and opened the case and the coin was...deformed. It had what looked like a large crescent-shaped chip scooped out of the side. The coin was deformed and was the victim of what surely must have been a minting error. (Hey, the dude who minted it probably only had one arm!)

The moral of the story: Don't buy coins from Coin Company X, a.k.a. GovMint.com a.k.a. First Federal Coin Corporation. Thank you for reading my post of rantings and ravings. Once again, this program has been brought to you by...the Man! He's everywhere! Get used to it.
