A Vision for a Film

I have a vision for an action/drama movie. it would be set in New York City in 2001. Essentially, it would tell the entire story of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon from the points of view of 11 different people. It would be similar in format to Vantage Point, except it would be based on a true story. I feel it could be an outstanding film, if produced.
